Important Information Regarding Your Order

 Please read the following information carefully before submitting an order inquiry.

• We only offer pickup order in Fremont, CA. We do not provide deliveries at this time.

• Please note that submitting an order inquiry does not finalize your order. Your order will only be confirmed once we provide the quote and the payment is received. 

• Regular orders must be placed more than 3 weeks before the pickup date. Rush orders may be placed more than 2weeks before the pickup date with a 15% surcharge.​

• There is a minimum order of 2 dozen standard size cookies (3-4”).

• All changes to the order must be done at least 2 weeks in advance.

• All products are produced in a California Cottage Food Program Permitted Home Kitchen which also produces common allergens such as milk, eggs, wheat, peanuts, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, and soy. 

• All cookies will be individually heat sealed for freshness unless otherwise discussed. We can also do special packaging (think bows, individual boxes) – just let me know what you are looking for. These can definitely boost the presentation if giving out for favors or in boxed sets if giving multiple cookies.

• Please give us 5 business days to check availability and provide you with a quote. We do not respond to emails on the weekend. To keep our response times to all customers reasonable, if we do not hear from you within 2 days about your order, your inquiry will be cancelled.
